Return Policy for Jewelry (Bijouterie)

In accordance with Spanish law (Law 3/2014 of March 27 on the protection of consumer and user rights), we are committed to ensuring transparency and respect for our customers' rights. Below are the conditions for returning and exchanging jewelry purchased from our store.

1. General Return Conditions
1.1. Right of Withdrawal. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product without providing any justification, except for cases outlined below (Article 102 of Law 3/2014). 
1.2. Custom-Made Jewelry. Items that are custom-made (such as personalized jewelry with engravings or special designs) are non-refundable unless they have manufacturing defects or damages caused by us (Article 103 of Law 3/2014). 
1.3. Condition of the Product. The item must be returned in its original condition — without signs of wear, with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product shows damage or signs of use that impair its original condition.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Return
2.1. Hygiene Reasons. As per Article 103 of Law 3/2014, certain items, such as earrings, are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened or the item has been used. 
2.2. Personalized Items. Custom-made or personalized jewelry items cannot be returned unless a defect is present.

3. Return Procedure
3.1. Return Request. To initiate a return, the customer must submit a request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt via our contact form or by emailing [provide contact email]. The request should include the order number, product name, and reason for return (if any). 
3.2. Returning the Product. After receiving confirmation from our support team, the customer must return the product to the address provided by us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect. 
3.3. Refund Process. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. For defective products, the refund will include any shipping expenses incurred by the customer.
